Terranetik is an innovative Earth Observation company headquartered in Munich, Germany, and a spin-off of the German Aerospace Center (DLR) supported by Helmholtz Enterprise.

Specializing in urban and agricultural monitoring, our mission is to make remote sensing-based structural and environmental health analysis accessible to everyone.

The technology we have developed combines Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) data with advanced AI algorithms to continuously monitor the physical integrity of buildings and critical infrastructure. By detecting slow deformations, sudden changes caused by natural or human-induced disasters, and persistent structural irregularities at an early stage, we ensure that vital information reaches individuals and organizations in a timely manner.

For our Enterprise Clients (B2B): We provide tailored risk scoring, API integrations, and corporate monitoring solutions for insurance companies, banks, energy infrastructure providers, telecommunications firms, real estate platforms, and municipalities. We empower data-driven decision-making backed by reliable, near-real-time data in the management of critical assets such as airports, transportation corridors, energy lines, and telecommunications networks.

For Individual Users (B2C): Through our easy-to-use platform, we offer homeowners and tenants comprehensive structural health reports and regular updates on the buildings they live in or are considering purchasing.

Our Services:

Condition Reports: Detailed assessment of structural and environmental conditions using advanced Earth Observation and specialized analysis tools.

Continuous Monitoring: Subscription-based, near-real-time risk updates and regular regional assessments for buildings and infrastructure.

User-Friendly Platform: Seamless access to structural analyses through our interactive web platform and API, ensuring uninterrupted information flow.
