TerraNova Alliance, LLC is a nationwide real estate operator focused on creating resilient, attainable housing opportunities in the Co-Living, RV Parks and Campground, and Mobile Home Park sectors.

Our driving purpose is to directly confront the national affordable housing crisis by establishing secure sanctuaries for at-risk youth and survivors of human trafficking. We are driven by the conviction that every person deserves more than just a roof; they deserve the fundamental necessity of safety and a reliable place to call home. By addressing these basic human needs first, we create the essential foundation from which individuals can begin to rebuild their lives with dignity.

Our mission is to execute this change through a model of resilient, high-functioning housing. We actively transform underutilized land into productive assets—including RV parks, mobile home communities, and co-living spaces—that serve a dual purpose. This innovative approach provides immediate residential security while generating the resources necessary for enduring social impact, ensuring that every investment is cycled back into the growth and care of our communities.

Our vision is as clear as it is ambitious: to eradicate the affordable housing crisis through a national network of enduring, empowering environments. We see a future where the cycle of homelessness is broken and replaced by a landscape of protected spaces built on hope. In this future, every vulnerable individual has access to a permanent, dignifying community that fosters independence and long-term success.
