Justin Serroul is a seasoned GIS and Data Management professional with extensive experience spanning over a decade. Currently serving as the Manager of GIS & Data Management at Terrapex, Justin developed and implemented a GIS department to enhance service offerings, while collaborating with service line managers and acting as a Subject Matter Expert to optimize workflow improvements. Prior to Terrapex, Justin held the position of GIS and Data Management Specialist at WSP in Canada, where significant contributions were made to the Environmental Department, including data integrity management and project leadership. Earlier roles include Teaching Assistant at Brock University, GIS Technician for the Ontario Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs, Geographic Information Systems Analyst with the Ministry of Transportation, and Water Strategy Assistant for Niagara Region. Justin holds a Bachelor of Science in Physical Geography from Brock University and has continued to leverage technical knowledge and training skills throughout a diverse career.
