Jim Hay is currently a Principal Hydrogeologist at Terraphase Engineering, Inc., having transitioned to this role following the acquisition of Robinson Noble in July 2023. With over 27 years of experience at Robinson Noble, they worked their way up from Project Geologist to Principal Hydrogeologist, also serving as President and Washington Operations Director. Jim has extensive expertise in water resource management, including groundwater flow modeling and wellfield management. Jim holds an M.S. in Geology from Montana State University and dual B.S. degrees in Biology and Geology from Kansas State University.
