Marian Young is the President and Founder of BrightFields, Inc., an environmental consulting and remediation firm known for its work in brownfield redevelopment and ecosystem restoration. With extensive experience in the environmental sector, Marian previously held leadership roles at WIK Associates, Inc. and Weston Solutions, Inc. Prior to launching BrightFields in 2003, Marian earned a B.S. in Agronomy from Delaware Valley College of Science & Agriculture and pursued further education in hydrogeology and soil chemistry at the University of Delaware. Currently, Marian is excited about the merger of BrightFields with Terraphase Engineering Inc., focusing on delivering exceptional client service and fostering employee growth.
