Tanner Rickard is a Senior Project Geologist at Terraphase Engineering Inc., where employment commenced in January 2019, having previously held the roles of Project Geologist and Senior Staff Geologist. Prior to this, Tanner worked as a Staff Geologist at ES Engineering Services, LLC from December 2016 to December 2018, focusing on Leaking Underground Storage Tank Sites across California, Oregon, and Washington, and conducting various Phase II assessments. Tanner's early experience includes serving as a Research Assistant at California State University, Long Beach from August 2014 to August 2016, where responsibilities involved cataloging historical data from the San Dimas Experimental Forest.
