William Carson

William Carson is an accomplished engineering professional currently serving as President and Principal Engineer at Terraphase Engineering Inc. since October 2010. Prior to this role, William held positions as Principal Engineer and Vice President at ARCADIS following the acquisition of LFR Inc. in January 2008, and as Operations Manager/Principal Engineer at LFR Inc. from August 1998 until October 2010. William also contributed to academia as an Engineering Lecturer at San Francisco State University, specializing in Advanced Hydromechanics. Earlier experience includes an engineering role at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory from 1994 to 1998. William holds a Master's degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Water Resources from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor's degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Duke University. Educational background includes attendance at Fox Chapel from 1985 to 1989.
