Terrapin Bright Green is a sustainability consulting firm committed to creating a healthier world. We believe in finding solutions that reconnect people with nature and mimic natural systems, offering boundless opportunities to improve the quality of life for all. We also believe that high-performance design means fundamentally improving human health, alongside economic and environmental performance.

Our work centers around environmental strategies, biophilic design, ecological design ("Phoebe"), and bioinspired innovation. Our deep experience, research, and network in these areas enables us to help our clients achieve their highest environmental goals for the long term stability of their organizations. We offer workshops, research, planning, guidelines, and product development.

Some of our notable publications include The Economics of Biophilia, Midcentury (un)Modern, 14 Patterns of Biophilic Design, and Tapping into Nature.
