David Rodriguez is a Ph.D. holder in Materials Science, with a focus on characterization, corrosion, and electrochemistry. Currently, they serve as the Principal Radiochemist at TerraPower since 2024. Previously, they were a Postdoctoral Research Associate at Los Alamos National Laboratory from 2017 to 2020 and a Research Assistant at the University of Nevada Reno from 2011 to 2017. David also worked as a Research Assistant at the University of North Dakota from 2010 to 2011 and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona. They completed both a Master’s Degree and a Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering at the University of Nevada-Reno.
