John Brogan

John Brogan has a diverse work experience in various technical and leadership roles. John is currently working at TerraPower as a Principal Technical Product Manager. Prior to this, they held positions as a Senior Technical Product Manager, Core Design Software, and as a Technical Product Manager & Senior Engineer, Nuclear Design at the same company.

Their previous experience includes working as a Teaching Associate at the University of Washington and as the Director of Applications at Silver Fir Software, where they developed business strategies, reduced operational expenses, and improved customer support.

John has also worked as a Radiological Product Engineer at Los Alamos National Laboratory, where they led and supported the design of facilities and operations while adhering to regulatory requirements. John also worked as an Engineering Consultant at Atom Physics, conducting consulting work in engineering.

In addition, John has experience in research and academia. John worked as a Lead Research Assistant and Instructor at Colorado State University, conducting research and teaching a graduate-level course in applied statistics. John also interned as a Radiation Safety Officer at UCHealth and conducted radiological projects at the Mountain & Plains Education and Research Center Spring Interdisciplinary Symposium.

Furthermore, John has experience as a Data Consultant at KromaTiD™ Inc. and as a Researcher at Duke University Medical Center, where they collaborated with medical doctors and conducted independent research projects.

John Brogan has a Certificate in Software Product Management from the University of Washington. Additionally, they hold a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Health/Medical Physics, a Master of Science (MS) degree in Health/Medical Physics, and a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biological and Biomedical Sciences, all from Colorado State University.
