Jonathan Adessa

Jonathan Adessa currently serves as Corporate Counsel at TerraPower LLC since January 2023. Previously, Jonathan held the position of Corporate Legal Counsel at T-Mobile from September 2018 to February 2023, where responsibilities included drafting commercial agreements and updating agreement templates. Earlier legal experience includes roles as Contract Attorney and IP Consultant at North Atlantic Legal, PLLC, Law Clerk at Cayuga County District Attorney's Office, Student Attorney at the Center for Law and Innovation at the University of Maine School of Law, Summer Intern at York County District Attorney's Office, and a position at PPC involving legal document preparation and research. Jonathan holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) with a focus on Intellectual Property Law from the University of Maine School of Law, along with a Post-Baccalaureate in Pre-Medical Studies from the University of Southern Maine, and dual Bachelor's degrees in Political Science and Psychology from the State University of New York at Oswego.
