Jonathan Ussery

Jonathan Ussery is a seasoned project engineer currently working at TerraPower since March 2020, specializing as the TFF Project Engineer and Test Coordinator. In this role, Jonathan is responsible for developing project plans, resolving technical issues, and coordinating communications between testing, engineering, and design groups. Additionally, Jonathan has held positions as the Natrium Lead Process and Testing Safety Liaison and Isotopes Logistics Supervisor at TerraPower, as well as serving as a Senior Targeted Alpha Therapy Laboratory Technician. Prior to joining TerraPower, Jonathan served in the US Navy for 20 years, where the role of Supervisor was undertaken. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Science in Nuclear Engineering Technology from Excelsior University, along with completion of the Nuclear Power School at the Naval Nuclear Power Training Command.
