Matt Wargon

Matt Wargon, P.E., is a Principal Nuclear Engineer at TerraPower LLC and a board member of the American Nuclear Society. They graduated from Penn State University with a B.S. in both Mechanical and Nuclear Engineering in 2013 and an M.S. in Nuclear Engineering in 2015. Matt's experience includes roles as a Nuclear Safety Analysis Engineer at SCANA Corporation and as a Senior Nuclear Engineer/Computational Physicist at TerraPower, where they led the Reactivity Control System Group for the Molten Chloride Reactor Experiment. Active in the American Nuclear Society, Matt has contributed significantly since their undergraduate days, including organizing the successful 2014 ANS National Student Conference.
