Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Site Operations at TerraPower, Patrick is critical in developing the Kemmerer Power Station's programs, processes, and personnel. Patrick holds a Master’s degree in Engineering Management and is a Six Sigma Green Belt, allowing for a systematic approach to optimizing performance and quality. Previous roles include various technical and management positions within the US Navy and other nuclear organizations, where Patrick has substantially contributed to safety and operational efficiency.
