Ryan Miller is an experienced professional in the field of engineering and nuclear operations. Currently serving as the Manager of the Test and Fill Facility Site Delivery at TerraPower since January 2022, Ryan oversees staff management, procurement, system design, and the preparation and delivery of a major molten sodium test facility. Previously, Ryan held the position of Manager of Non-Safety Instrumentation and Control, leading a team responsible for nuclear power plant operations. With a background in the US Navy from March 2013 to January 2022 as an E-Talent Leading Petty Officer and Senior Reactor Operator, Ryan managed recruitment processes and supervised equipment operations of a nuclear propulsion plant. Early career experience includes working as a Sheet Metal Fabricator at O&M Industries. Ryan holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Physics/Applied Physics from Humboldt State University.
