Scott G.

Scott G. is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in welding and joining technologies, currently serving as a Nuclear Fuel Fabrication and Development Engineer at TerraPower LLC since December 2022. Prior roles include Sr. Engineering Consultant/Owner at Romulus, Remus, and Associates, LLC, where Scott specialized in complex welding solutions and metallurgical consulting. As Co-Founder/VP of Engineering at Fortius Metals Inc, Scott played a key role in developing high strength aluminum filler wire for 3D printing. Academic contributions include a Faculty Research Associate position at Colorado School of Mines, focusing on stress corrosion cracking in welded materials. Scott holds a Master of Science in Materials Science and Metallurgy from Colorado School of Mines and has various certifications and educational experiences in welding and underwater inspection.
