Sheila Hinkle, PHR, is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management. Currently serving as HR Manager at TerraPower since July 2025, Sheila previously held the position of HR Business Partner at Collins Aerospace from June 2024 to May 2025, where the focus was on employee advocacy, engagement, and aligning HR strategies with business objectives.
