Teagan Sweet

Teagan Sweet, Ph.D., is a Senior Radioanalytical Chemist at TerraPower, specializing in optical spectroscopic investigations of molten salts. Teagan earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Inorganic Chemistry from the University of Notre Dame, where research focused on synthesizing new actinide materials and developing novel uranium and neptunium structures. Formerly, Teagan was a Jeannette K. Watson Fellow and completed an internship at Oak Ridge National Laboratory as part of the DOE UNLP Fellowship program. Teagan also conducted research at Trinity College Dublin and St. John's University, contributing to projects in various areas of chemistry.
