Andrew Rhoads

Andrew Rhoads has worked as a Lecturer at Penn State University starting in January 2016 and ending in April 2017. Andrew then worked as a Litigation Associate at Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin, P.C. from April 2017 to August 2019. From August 2019 to June 2023, Andrew worked for RITE AID as a Corporate Counsel and then Assistant General Counsel. Andrew is currently working at TerrAscend as an Associate General Counsel since June 2023.

Andrew Rhoads received a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in English and Writing from Gettysburg College. Andrew then went on to obtain a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from Penn State Dickinson Law. In 2015, Rhoads obtained the Pennsylvania Bar Admission from The Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, and in 2016, they obtained the Wilderness First Responder certification from Wilderness Medical Associates International.
