Jonathan Salzman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in food safety and quality assurance within the food industry. Currently serving as Site Quality Manager at TerrAscend since January 2024, Jonathan previously held significant roles at Sprout Foods, Inc. as Director of Food Safety & Quality Assurance and Associate Director of Quality Assurance. Additional experience includes roles as QA Manager at Premio Foods Inc., Director of Quality at Milmar Food Group, LLC, Quality Assurance Laboratory Manager at Boulder Brands, and Applications Specialist at Balchem Corporation. Early career experience includes serving as Assistant Flavor Chemist at Chr. Hansen Inc. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in In Vitro Cell Biology/Biotechnology with a minor in Chemistry, Biology, and Chemistry from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh and continues education at Iowa State University and Rutgers University.
