Patrick Welch

Patrick Welch is a Director of OPEX and M&A with a solid background in engineering management and process optimization. They earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and Physics from Marquette University in 2011. Previously, they served as an Engineering Manager at TerraSource Global from 2016 to 2021, where they consolidated multiple departments and led significant improvements in engineering processes and capital machine development. Patrick also held positions as a Solar Process Engineer at MEMC Electronic Materials and completed several engineering co-op roles at Briggs & Stratton, contributing to various research and development initiatives.
