Ben Hazan

Ben Hazan is a seasoned professional in the commercial sector with extensive experience in carbon management and real estate. Currently serving as the Fractional Commercial Lead at Terraspect since January 2025, Ben contributes to the mission of supporting carbon project developers in engaging local communities globally. Prior to this role, Ben was the Commercial Director and Head of Sales at Supercritical from February 2022 to December 2024, where efforts focused on providing a marketplace for high-quality carbon removal credits. Ben's career includes significant leadership positions at Appear Here, including Global Real Estate Director and General Manager for New York City, where the objective was to facilitate short-term retail space rentals. Ben holds a degree in History and Politics with a focus on Post War American Politics from the University of Warwick, completed in 2013.
