Stephen McInerney

Stephen McInerney, P.E. is a highly experienced engineer with a background in process and environmental engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Process Engineer at TerraTherm, Inc. since November 2024, Stephen has held various leadership positions including Director of Engineering at ECT2 from April 2022 to November 2024, and Senior Environmental Engineer at Capaccio Environmental Engineering, Inc. from May 2019 to April 2022, where responsibilities included managing technical assignments related to water, air, and solid waste compliance. Additional experience includes a role as Systems Engineering Senior Project Manager at Koch Membrane Systems, focusing on Membrane Bio Reactor design for wastewater applications, and previous positions at TerraTherm, AECOM, and The RETEC Group, where Stephen developed expertise in wastewater treatment, hazardous waste management, and process optimization. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
