One of the few CxA firms built on real high voltage substation engineering and commissioning experience - from 400kV transmission level to 0.4kV data center rack.

TerraWatt is an independent Commissioning Authority (CxA) specializing in high- and medium-voltage substations and data center critical infrastructure. We represent end clients at 400kV transmission substations and hyperscale data center facilities.

Our technical foundation is high voltage substation engineering and commissioning - from short circuit calculation through protection coordination studies, hands-on switchgear commissioning to expert witnessing and commissioning management. That technical depth in high and medium voltage is what separates our data center work from standard CxA providers.

We work with end clients, EPCs, and operators across:

HV/MV substation commissioning and protection system validation (up to 400kV)
Hyperscale and colo data center commissioning from L1 to L5
