Anna Goranson

Anna Goranson currently serves as the Chief People Officer at Terray Therapeutics, a biotechnology firm dedicated to innovating small molecule therapeutics through advanced technologies. In addition, Anna co-facilitates a book club with Athena Alliance, focusing on leadership development for women, and holds the position of Executive Board Chair at Able ARTS Work, an organization committed to inclusivity for individuals with developmental disabilities through the arts. Previous roles include various senior human resources positions at Universal Hydrogen, Airspace, MediaAlpha, and AvePoint, where Anna led efforts in people operations and organizational development. Anna holds a Master’s degree in Decision Analysis and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, both from Virginia Commonwealth University.
