MISSION
To support the emergence and success of solidarity-based real estate projects.

VISION
Territories that, through real estate, meet the needs of citizens by creating healthy, inclusive and dynamic communities.

WHAT WE'RE WORKING ON
We are creating a community land trust (CLT) in the region of Brome-Missisquoi, East of Montreal. We will be protecting land and buildings from speculation in order to generate truly and perpetually affordable housing for all. CLTs are a powerful tool for inclusive and solidarity-based territorial development. CLTs managed by SiS will integrate residential, commercial, agricultural and natural spaces. In the near future, we hope to make this model shine throughout Quebec.
