Jan Loo

Jan Loo has a diverse work experience in the banking industry. Jan started at Hawaii Central Credit Union in 1982 as the Director of Marketing, where they focused on product development, market planning, and membership growth. In 1989, they joined Bank of Hawaii as the Market Planning and Research Director, managing market planning and marketing research departments. Jan later held various roles at Bank of Hawaii, including VP, Retail Group Product Manager, VP, EBT and Credit Union Manager, and VP, Manager of Online and Mobile Banking. During their time at Bank of Hawaii, Jan Loo was responsible for managing consumer online banking, online payments, mobile banking services, and the bank's implementation of the State's EBT program. In 2010, they joined Territorial Savings Bank as the SVP, Electronic Banking Manager. Jan'swork experience demonstrates their expertise in electronic banking services, product management, market planning, and vendor management.

Jan Loo attended the University of Hawai'i - Shidler College of Business from 1975 to 1979, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a focus in Marketing.
