Jaylen Block-Smith

Jaylen Block-Smith currently serves as the Studio Manager at Territory Studio since December 2023, responsible for managing resource scheduling, supporting production teams, and overseeing studio operations, including budget management and event planning. Prior to this role, Jaylen was the Studio Manager and Executive Producer at One Union Recording Studios from October 2018 to October 2022, where extensive project oversight and client relationship management were key responsibilities, serving notable companies such as Apple and Disney. Jaylen's earlier experience includes positions as Audio Director and Operations Manager at Oto Float, General Manager and Booking Manager at Rock House, and Account Manager at Groupon, showcasing a diverse skill set in management, operations, and client relations. Jaylen holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from San Diego State University.
