Eric Wright

Director Of Manufacturing Operations at Terumo BCT

Eric Wright has a diverse work experience spanning from 2004 to the present. Eric started their career in the US Army, where they held various leadership roles, including Company Commander, Battle Captain, Battalion Staff Officer, and Platoon Leader/Company Executive Officer. In these positions, they managed teams, trained soldiers, and oversaw operations in Iraq and the Korean Peninsula.

After leaving the military, Eric transitioned to the private sector and worked for ITW Medical as a Project Manager, Manufacturing Engineer, and finally as a Plant Manager. Eric led cross-functional teams, executed improvement projects, and focused on increasing profitability and customer relationships.

Eric then joined Sage Products as a Manager of Manufacturing, where they oversaw production operations. Eric later moved to Stryker, working in two roles - Senior Manager of Manufacturing for Stryker Cary and Senior Manager of Manufacturing for Oral Care Manufacturing. In these positions, they were responsible for supporting significant revenue, managing large teams, and leading manufacturing operations.

Eric'smost recent position is with Terumo Blood and Cell Technologies, where they serve as the Director of Manufacturing Operations.

Eric Wright holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business (2017-2018). Prior to that, they earned a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Diplomacy from Norwich University (2006-2008). Eric's undergraduate education includes a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Biology, General from William & Mary (1999-2003).
