TERVIS has been manufacturing components for electronic security systems since 1975. The mission of the company is to manufacture innovative and, at the same time, competitive products. To reach this objective, TERVIS has developed an organization that is strongly oriented to the research and development of new products. The design of an article at TERVIS is not just a phase that leads to an imitation of products already on the market; rather it is an activity that continues through the entire product life cycle as each product is a variant or improvement of the previous one. Following this rational, the design team identifies and fuels the "development threads" that continuously generate innovative solutions, always taking advantage of the best technology has to offer.

Production of the equipment is carried out in complete respect of rigid qualitative criteria: TERVIS has obtained certification of its quality management system according to ISO 9001:2000. The entire TERVIS organization is oriented towards continuous improvement. The result is the supply of ever continuously enhanced performance, not only for the products, but for all of the areas where the customer is involved.

TERVIS's sales strategy calls for the sale of products to installers through independent distributors. The sales personnel at TERVIS cooperate with the distributors in order to provide the installers all of the support they require. In a quickly evolving market such as that of electronic security and control systems it is very important to be correctly informed and trained. That is why TERVIS continuously holds training programs. Technicians who want to learn more about TERVIS products are invited in order to learn how to use the products to their full potential.
