Tess Rosa

Tess Rosa, SPHR, currently serves as HR Manager at Tervis since November 2024. Prior to this role, Tess worked at Absolute Storage Management from November 2021 to November 2024, progressing from HR Specialist in Hiring & Onboarding to Senior HR Generalist. Tess began their HR career at the YMCA of Southwest Florida as Onboarding Support/HR Assistant from May 2021 to November 2021. Earlier experience includes managerial and sales positions at Rack Room Shoes between January 2018 and April 2021. Tess Rosa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in HR Management from the University of South Florida.
