Eric Gauthier

Eric Gauthier is the CEO of TES Canada H2, a position held since 2023. Prior experience includes serving as Principal and Head of Capital Markets and Project Finance for Energy Infrastructure at Power Corporation of Canada from 2014 to 2023, along with roles as Vice President of M&A and Financing at Potentia Renewables and Director of Corporate Development at Lumenpulse Group. At Power Energy Corporation, Eric was involved in significant private equity investments and held the position of Director of Investments, contributing to major transactions such as the acquisition of Nautilus Solar Energy and the take-private of Lumenpulse Group. Earlier career experience includes corporate finance roles at La Presse and as an Analyst at Power Corporation and Power Financial. Education includes a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from HEC Montréal and an exchange semester at City University of Hong Kong.
