Malte Schulz

Malte Schulz has extensive work experience in the engineering field. Malte is currently the Engineering Director at TES-H2 | Tree Energy Solutions, starting in October 2022. Prior to this, they had a long tenure at The Dow Chemical Company, where they held various roles. From November 2018 to October 2022, they served as the Global Process Engineering Technology Leader for CAV, PO/PG, and Isocyanates. Malte also held the position of Global Process Engineering Technology Leader from January 2012 to October 2022. Before that, they were a Senior Process Engineer from 2002 to 2011, a Run Plant & Improvement Engineer from 1997 to 2002, and a Process Engineer from 1992 to 1997.

From 1986 to 1992, Malte Schulz attended TU Clausthal-Zellerfeld, where they obtained a degree in Process Engineering and Chemical Engineering. Malte graduated with a Dipl.-Ing. qualification.
