Matthew Zollo

Matthew Zollo currently serves as President of Altura People Solutions since May 2025 and has held the position of Human Resources Lead at TES since August 2023. Matthew is also the Managing Partner and founder of Zollo International Imports, which specializes in importing high-quality artisan Italian Olive Oil and serves as its exclusive distributor in the USA since October 2018. Previously, Matthew held various significant roles in human resources, including Vice President of Human Resources at Shoppa's Material Handling and Chief Human Resources Officer at Cartamundi. Additional experience includes positions with Cornerstone Building Brands, Serta Simmons Bedding, and Aramark Healthcare. Matthew Zollo holds a Master's degree in International Law and Legal Studies from the University of Oklahoma College of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Spanish Language and Literature from the University of Notre Dame.
