Prior to this, Jay has held positions such as IT Manager at Physiological Measurements Ltd, Network Infrastructure Engineer at Telford & Wrekin Council, and Communications System Engineer in the British Army. Jay obtained a Higher National Diploma in Communication Systems from Bournemouth University in 2013.
