Andreas Tanzer

Andreas Tanzer has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Andreas currently serves as the Head of Industrial Growth Markets Europe (IGM) at tesa since October 2021.

In the past, Andreas worked as a Senior Advisor and Mentor from January 2021 to October 2021. Prior to that, they held various positions at Lohmann GmbH & Co. KG, including Managing Director Business Unit EMEA (January 2014 to December 2020), Managing Director SCEE (January 2007 to May 2014), Head of Sales and Market Management EMEA (June 2013 to January 2014), and Key Account Manager; Head of Sales SCEE (February 2004 to December 2006).

Additionally, Andreas held leadership roles at Eybl International AG and Eybl Safety Textiles GmbH, such as Head of Sales and Market Development and Special Projects Group (February 2003 to January 2004), Managing Director (July 2002 to January 2003), and Head of Marketing and Sales (July 2000 to June 2002).

Andreas Tanzer completed the General Management Leadership Program at Cranfield School of Management in 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Business Administration degree with a specialization in European Economy and Business Management from Fachhochschule des BFI Wien from 1996 to 2000. In addition, they have earned additional certifications in Lean Management from Hochschule Ansbach - University of Applied Sciences in 2016 and a Business License for medical devices from the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber - Wirtschaftskammer Österreich in 2010.
