Juergen Baumert

Juergen Baumert is an experienced professional in human resources and organizational change management, currently serving as the Human Resources PMO at tesa since February 2024 and as a Guest Lecturer at HSBA Hamburg School of Business Administration since February 2023. Previously, Juergen was the Senior Manager of Human Resources at NEW WORK SE, where responsibilities included leading change management initiatives, stakeholder analysis, and developing communication strategies for strategic projects. At PwC Deutschland, Juergen managed international change projects, focusing on large-scale business transformations and consulting on organizational changes. Juergen’s earlier experience at Hamburg Süd involved managing process improvement projects and developing standard operating procedures for sales teams. Juergen holds an M.B.A. in Project Management from HSBA and a B.A. in Economics from McGill University.
