Layla Xu

Layla Xu is a Digital Solution Consultant with a diverse background in engineering and manufacturing. They have worked as a Digital Solution Architect at tesa since 2025 and previously served as an MES Consultant at Critical Manufacturing. With over three years of experience as a process engineer at Panasonic, Layla contributed to cost-reduction initiatives and earned recognition at the Panasonic AIS Group QC convention. Layla also holds a Master's degree in Engineering Management from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Nanjing Forestry University.
