Michael Bothe

Michael Bothe has extensive work experience in sales and marketing roles. Michael is currently the Head of Sales and Marketing Specialized Trade Europe at tesa. Prior to this, they served as the Sales Director DIY, Food and Discount Western Europe, where they were responsible for developing the business and organization in this segment. Michael also held the position of Managing Director Nordic and Head of Sales and Marketing Western Europe, where they focused on driving profitable sales growth and managing a diverse team. Earlier in their career, Michael worked as a Sales Manager in Italy, Regional Market Manager in South West Europe, and International Group Product Manager and International Product Manager, where they handled various product management and marketing responsibilities. Before joining tesa, they worked as a Product Manager at Herlitz, where they were accountable for the school and office supply portfolio.

Michael Bothe completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, specializing in the Manufacturing Industry, at The Berlin School of Economics and Law from 1994 to 1997. In 2018, they attended Esade for a course on B2B Sales Management. Michael also completed the Advanced Management and Leadership Programme at NIT Northern Institute of Technology Management from 2013 to 2014. Additionally, Michael participated in the Management Development Programme at the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University from 2010 to 2011.
