Michael E. Weinberger

Michael E. Weinberger is an experienced automotive industry professional currently serving as the Head of Automotive, North America, and Global Head of Key Accounts at tesa since October 2023. Prior to this role, Michael held various positions at Henkel North America, including Director of Automotive Key Account Sales and Global Key Account Manager for Magna, where significant global projects led to double-digit sales growth. With a strong background in purchasing and project management at Air International Thermal Systems, Michael implemented a Global Material Cost Reduction Program and launched a successful outsourced manufacturing model. Earlier experiences include engineering roles and service as a Power Plant Supervisor in the United States Navy. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering concentrated in Thermal Systems from Lawrence Technological University.
