Stefan Picker

Stefan Picker is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in market management and business development, particularly within the chemical and automotive industries. From August 2019 to September 2025, Stefan served as Head of Market Management for General Industries in Europe at tesa, alongside roles as Regional Head/President for Latin America and Managing Director for Automotive sectors. Prior to this, Stefan held various leadership positions at Henkel from August 2013 to June 2019, including Head of Sales for Northern Europe and Director of Business Development. A brief tenure at Picker Foundation in July 2019 focused on Private Client Services. Stefan holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Business Chemistry from the University of Münster and a Diplom in Biochemistry from the University of Tübingen.
