Stefan Sell has extensive work experience in sales, marketing, and management roles. Stefan started their career as a Sales Trainee at The Gillette Company in 1986 and worked there until 1988. From 1988 to 1992, they served as a Product Manager at tesa. Stefan then took on the role of Marketing Manager at tesa from 1992 to 1999. Stefan later became a Global Key Account Manager Automotive at tesa from 1999 to 2003. Stefan then transitioned to the role of National Sales Manager Automotive at tesa from 2003 to 2014. From 2014 to 2017, they served as the National Sales Manager in the Industry Direct division of tesa. Stefan then took on the position of Director Trade Industrial Sales at tesa from 2017 to 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Global Key Account Management in the BU Printing & Packaging Solutions division at tesa, a position they have held since May 2022.

Stefan Sell attended the German School Cairo from 1977 to 1981, where they obtained their Abitur. Stefan then pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from The American University in Cairo from 1981 to 1986.
