Michael Martin has a diverse work experience. Michael started as a Projektleiter - Hohlleiterschalter at TESAT from October 2010 to June 2011. Then, they became a Lean Consultant / Projektleiter from July 2011 to November 2013. After that, they worked as the Head of Waveguide Switches & Components from December 2013 to June 2017. Michael then became the Head of Manufacturing Passive RF-Systems from July 2017 to June 2019. From July 2019 to May 2022, they served as the Head of Tuning Equipment & Systems. Currently, they are the Head of Operations at TESAT. Before joining TESAT, they also had a role as a Wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter mit akademischem Abschluss at Eberhard Karls Universität Tübingen from November 2009 to September 2010.
Michael Martin completed their education at the University of Tübingen, where they obtained a Diplom degree in Physics in 2004. Michael then pursued further studies at the same institution, earning a Dr. rer. nat. degree in Astronomy and Astrophysics, which they completed between 2004 and 2009.
