Michael Martin is the Head of Development & Design at Tesat, a position they have held since 2010. With a rich background in various leadership roles within the company, Michael has overseen operations, manufacturing, and equipment tuning, driving continuous improvement in production processes. They previously served as a Wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter at Eberhard Karls Universität Tübingen from 2009 to 2010 and are currently pursuing a Diplom in Physics at the University of Tübingen, complementing their earlier Dr. rer. nat. degree in Astronomy and Astrophysics obtained between 2004 and 2009.
