Benjamin Yan

Benjamin Yan has worked as a SCADA Engineer at Tesco Controls, Inc. since January 2019. Prior to that, they worked as a Technical Advisor at Apple from January 2018 to December 2018. In their role at Apple, Benjamin conducted research and resolved technical issues for customers related to macOS, iOS software, and Apple hardware devices. Benjamin consistently exceeded expectations in metrics and maintained a high customer issue resolution rate.
