Aaron Pease has extensive work experience in the field of research, insight, and analytics. Aaron has worked as a Chapter Lead - Data Analytics Insight at Tesco Mobile since December 2021. Prior to that, they were the Customer Research & Insight Lead at Tesco Mobile from September 2019 to January 2022. Before their time at Tesco Mobile, Aaron was the Head of Research & Insight at LNER (formerly Virgin Rail) from November 2018 to September 2019. Aaron also held the position of Senior Strategy & Insight Manager at Debenhams from October 2017 to October 2018. Aaron started their career at Mintel, where they worked as a Regional Manager from April 2010 to August 2014 and as a Research Analyst from August 2009 to April 2010. Aaron began their professional journey as a Telemarketing Executive at Slipstream SDS from October 2008 to June 2009. Throughout their various roles, Aaron has gained experience in strategic insight projects, brand development, voice of the customer, communications development, and market research.
Aaron Pease obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Economics from the University of Reading. Additionally, they earned a Master of Science Honours degree in International Economic Development with a focus on Development Economics and International Development from the same university. Prior to their university studies, they completed the International Baccalaureate program at Greengates School Mexico City.
