Dan Nicholson

Dan Nicholson is an experienced software engineering professional currently serving as a Software Engineering Manager at Tesco Mobile since August 2023. Previously, Dan held the role of Lead Developer at Appsolutely (joined Valtech) from August 2018 to August 2023, contributing to over 30 projects for various companies. Prior to that, Dan was the Development Team Lead at Sage, overseeing the creation of a top-tier JavaScript UX framework and leading recruitment efforts. With earlier experience as a Senior Developer at Sage UK, a Senior Software Developer at Greggs PLC, and various roles in web development and project management since 2003, Dan has cultivated a strong expertise in software development, team leadership, and project oversight. Dan holds a BSc in Computing Science from Newcastle University and diplomas in Project Management and Robotics.
