Danielle Caton (née Bicknell) has over 15 years of experience in marketing and communications roles. Danielle started their career in 2006 as a Channel Programmes Marketing Coordinator at Apple, where they managed events and communicated new product launches to resellers and the sales team. In 2007, they joined Samsung Electronics as a Marketing Executive, reporting to the EDO Director and providing market analysis and event management support. Since 2008, Danielle has been working at Tesco Mobile, where they have held various positions, including Communications Manager and Senior Communications Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for below-the-line communications strategies, campaign management, and CRM data analysis. Currently, they are the Head of CRM, leading the implementation and optimization of CRM strategies at Tesco Mobile.

Danielle Caton (née Bicknell) holds a Master's degree in Marketing from Kingston University, which they obtained from 2004 to 2005. Prior to that, from 2000 to 2004, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Business with German at the same university. In addition to their academic qualifications, they have obtained certification as a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance in November 2022.
