Patrick Foster

Patrick Foster is an experienced Agile Coach and leader with a diverse background in supporting Agile transformations across various industries. Currently serving as an Agile Coach Chapter Lead at Tesco Mobile since January 2024, Patrick previously facilitated Agile training at Jaguar Land Rover and led Agile coaching initiatives at Euroclear and Capgemini for major financial organizations. Over an extensive career, Patrick has held key roles including Chairman at Oadby & Wigston Swimming Club, Senior Agile Coach at BNP Paribas Fortis, and Senior Facilitator at Adventure Sports. With a solid foundation in project management and technology gained from previous positions at Pearson plc and Coventry University, Patrick holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from De Montfort University and is Prince2 qualified, bringing strategic leadership and change management expertise to every endeavor.
