Alexandra Cacciatore is an experienced talent acquisition professional specializing in technology recruitment. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner for Software Engineering and Data at Tesco since September 2020, Alexandra has also held positions as a Technology Recruiter for Software Engineering and Infrastructure within the same company. Prior to Tesco, Alexandra was a Talent Acquisition Team Leader at Blue Square, a Field Marketing agency, overseeing technology recruitment across the UK and Ireland. Alexandra's expertise includes roles as an Internal Recruitment Specialist and Talent Acquisition Specialist at Blue Square, where recruitment experience began shortly after graduating with a BSc in Psychology (Criminal Behaviour) from Solent University. Earlier work experience includes a brief internship at Blackmore Borley Limited and a role as a shop floor assistant at Tesco during secondary school.
