Alice Ritchie is currently the Head of Healthy & Sustainable Diets at Tesco and is committed to addressing climate and nature crises as the Climate Change & Water Lead for the CLA, where they represent 30,000 landowners and farmers in England and Wales. Previously, Alice worked at the Ministry for Primary Industries in New Zealand, focusing on climate change, agriculture, and forestry. They hold a Bachelor’s degree in Law and Arts from Victoria University of Wellington and are in the final year of an MSc in Global Food Security from the University of Edinburgh. Additionally, Alice has gained experience as a legal contractor and in various roles related to sustainable practices and legal internships.
